The qigong practice movements are gentle and effortless. Each movement is designed to stimulate the flow of energy through the meridian points and energy centres of the body. Qigong is relaxing and calming to both mind and body, whilst building and re-balancing the flow of chi within you. With regular practice qigong can lead to improved mood, better sleep and more vitality.
