Insight counselling holds a cancellation policy.
Counselling appointments which hold a regular space each week for a client, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with short notice. Missed appointments, and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, without exceptional circumstances, will incur full fee.
Energy healing, yoga, and qigong appointments are slots available each week that can be booked and cancelled without occurring a cancellation fee, if I am given a minimum of 48 hours' notice, otherwise a charge of 50 % cancellation fee will be applied.
